“Calum's dream comes true“
Last Saturday Make-A-Wish came to see Calum and sent him, sister isabelle, mum and dad on a surprise trip. They first stopped in the beautiful Val de Travers where Pierre-Alain was waiting for them for a delicious lunch. The family then drove on to Saignelégier where Calum discovered he was going to spend the night in a wooden hut suspended 5 metres up a tree! That evening Calum picked wood and the family made a fire and enjoyed the dinner delivered by Mr. Paupe to their treehouse. Under a full moon, little Calum fell asleep listening to all the forest animals and enjoyed the g
entle sway of the treehouse in the breeze.Meanwhile, Make-A-Wish was busy building Calum's "treehouse" in his garden. The team was very lucky to have the help of Eliane and Jean who built the house in one day.
On Sunday, Calum's friends arrived early to surprise him. As Calum walked down the driveway he suddenly started running with excitement when he saw his house. He ran down the path shouting his delight and running as fast as his little legs could carry him.

There followed a very official ceremony where Calum cut the blue ribbon and, joined by his friend Mark, along with Teddy, Elk and Raccoon, they all enjoyed lunch.
Calum adores his new house. He loves to water his sunflower and spraying his friends with his water gun from his balcony!
