Roxanne, 13 years

“I wish to adopt a monkey“

"How lucky we were, thanks to you, to be able to enjoy such magical moments all together as a family. Each moment we had was precious and remains etched in our hearts. The happiness of knowing that, in the middle of the treatments, there is something to look forward to when all will be better. Roxanne's smile when she stood in front of the tree houses and her smile when she saw the monkeys. The joy of watching her feed and "barter" with the gorillas. The joy of being able to share our moment away with others.  Roxanne's family.

Roxanne spent a few days away with her family at a monkey sanctuary, sleeping in a tree house and spent a magical day with the chimps. When all the visitors had left for the day, Roxanne spent a very special moment with the gentle gorillas. She decided to "adopt" a young  18-month old female gorilla named "Touni".
